Is food included in the room price?
Room price includes complimentary breakfast. Lunch and dinner are available at additional cost (₹300-₹500 per meal).
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. 50% charge for cancellation within 3-7 days. No refund for cancellation within 48 hours.
Do you provide pickup/drop service?
Yes! We offer pickup and drop from New Jalpaiguri (NJP) station and Bagdogra Airport at additional cost. Contact us for rates.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have free private parking on the premises for up to 3 cars.
